Subj: Bungy tiller tamer
I made a long bungy to go all the way accros the cockpit with a loop
formed at the center by an overhand knot to hold the tiller . It also
has an added length on thed port side long enouth to form another
overhand knot that slips over the outboard control handle. This holds
the outboard in a "straight ahead" possition. The outboard can also
be turned for a tight turn without disconnecting anything. While
sailing I only leave the added length connected to the motor and the
stern rail. This very well holding the motor centered and keeps the
tiller from swinging when anchored or moored.
