[Rhodes22-list] Mid-ship cleat source

Defender Industries sells a cleat which slides onto the forward Genoa track
(1 inch wide)  The cleat sells for about $33.

I have mine installed at the aft end of the track.  It's not quite the right
position but it works OK.
