belive it or not it is a small shop.
They teach alot of coumputer cource in college, so you can find =
programmer cheap and easy, but theu never let them "touch" the computer, =
execprty the big stuff servers. so you find programmer who have never =
touched the OS and are scrared shit less of them.

But, that begs the question, why would they have programmers that =
