I will be at the MC show as well. We have a house in Long Beach about a
block
from Lake Michigan and would be happy to have folks over; perhaps after
the show
Friday or Saturday.

There are a couple of nice B&Bs in the area. The Creekwood Inn is right
off I94 and the Duneland Beach Inn is walking distance to the lake about
4 blocks
from our house. You might consider the Harbor Grand hotel in New
Buffalo, it is
right next to the New Buffalo harbor and about 10 miles from Michigan
City
Harbor. The Michigan side is more touristy and also has a number of good
restaurants
and there are a variety of B&Bs in the New Buffalo area.

good restaurants in Chesterton. Let me know if you decide on either of
the above coices and what time you expect to arrive and I will supply
more details.
