[Rhodes22-list] Bat for Tiller

Well it works.  I used a 34 inch bat.  Cut down the sides to fit the 1-1/2"
opening.  It is Ok under light winds, as expected.  but when I slid under
the port cockpit bench, I was holding on for dear life.  Surprising, no
dents, in me or the boat.  I will function well with a full boat load of
people, or as an emergency tiller.
