Rik,
Pounds instead of feet? I'll try that the next time I buy a house. Think it 
will work? I've got to have 2500 lbs of bathroom, 12,000 pounds in the living 
room. Somehow I don't think it works that way. Square footage is still square 
footage. 
The fact that you are trading off cockpit space and gaining it in the cabin 
tells me that you are not enough of a social animal. Hell, I've had eight 
gorgeous French women on my boat at one time and still had room for more. 
Wanna bet how many would fit on your horse.....I mean Flicka.
