[Rhodes22-list] Let's Move to Your Server

Michael,

I think it is working so well people don't realize they are using a
different server.

I think we should move over to your server.  Much better administrator.

The ability to send attachments is reason enough.  Greater reliability.  We
can focus on our needs better.  Offer a photo section, a FAQ, Rummy's
list--even if these are done with links rather than actually hosted on your
server.  Give Stan a place to speak his mind without pussy-footing--not his
long suit anyhow.

Every time someone new hits the list we should send a well written stock
message sending people to the other resources so we are not answering the
same questions over and over; explaining the charter and what it takes to
hold the interest of people answering questions as well as those asking
them; how Rummy's list works, where to find the FAQ, and how extensive they
have become.

I think we should maintain the unsubscribe mechanism used by Sailnet.  I
would miss your diatribes directed at those too dumb to find the exit.
