Brad,
Whhhoaaaa, hold up there big fella......been there, done that. Used the
t-shirt for a crying towel.
The Admiral wanted a microwave so we went out and found the smallest one we
could get our hands on, thinking that a 1000 watt genset should run a 600
watt nuker, no problem. After all I had run a 700 watt nuker with a 1300
watt genset ( popcorn, you know) a few years back with out any trouble in a
travel trailer. But noooooo, the nuker kicks out the overload protector on
the genset after about a minute, every time. Don't know why. So, better try
before you buy, as they say, unless you got room on that shelf for a
microwave you ain't gonna use.
