Mary Lou, thanks for the info. I'll be sailing out of the Chester River from 
Kent Island.  The recycled Rhodes I'm looking at is 1990 and I'm still on the 
lookout for a used motor.  I hadn't considered the pop-up enclosure but it 
sounds like a good idea, if possible.  I won't be weekending on the boat much 
(overnighting occaisonally, I hope).  Glad to hear about your satisfaction
