Your motor shouldn't have to go down any further than the keel. The rudder goes down just as far if not further, but is adjustable so that isn't a problem. 20 inches down, and maybe 30 feet up? add extra if you have a VHF antennae up there.

Your overall height will be about 30 feet. Mast height of 26 feet +
distance from bottom of mast to waterline. The depth of the rudder and
motor should be moot, since they can both be set at any height you want.
