Gil,
     I can't access your pictures.  The point is not a particular boat,
situation.  Stan has had that boat for a while ( I will not say how long
).  He had a deposit once but not full cost. There was a problem and
Stan being the good guy refunded the deposit and still has the boat.  
      Stan has me beat in the nautical world and not be for me to tell
respected senior what to do.   Although I am no loner in sales, I spent
20 years moving merchandize.  That was pushing stuff out the door, paid
for.   If you haven't noticed, I am still pushy.
      If new boats are hard to move in this market and recycles are
selling and you have a recycle to sell, then take it to the flea market
(boat show), put a price on it, get the haggling going.
       I just want General Boats to sell some boats so that he doesn't
disappear on me.  Or sell themselves to the Chinese so that Made in
China appears on another product.
