you will not be taking a picture of much, it used the same push/pull cable that you see for steering a powerboat outboard.
just a simple thin cable passing thought hooking up to a block on the transom and rudder. nicely thought out.
My guess he used a fancy version of a powerboat center console, the type you see on the lunch boat/committee boat.
