MJM:  Never lived there but visited several times.   First time was in July,
I had to go out and buy a jacket, but then, I'm a Miami boy.  The place has
really snazzed up in the past few years.  The water front is pretty cool
with lots of sailboats.

Restaurants and entertainment opportunities abound. I've only been in the
Spring, Summer and Fall.  During those seasons, I thought the place was very
beautiful.  I did see some poorer areas taking the train to the airport but
nothing that looked desperate.

There is (or was) even a nude beach nearby.
