[Rhodes22-list] Life Lines, second jib tracks

Our boat doesn't have actual tracks on the cabin top. There are 2 cam cleats
at the rear and a pair of bullseye fairleads that are aligned about 6 inches
behind the mast and out near the hand rails. I have never been able to use
these with the 175.
