[Rhodes22-list] Sail question

   I have gotten a headsail that is in very decent shape.  This sail however has the hank-on type luff.  I was thinking, rather than sacrifice the old style furler,  to send the sail out and have the sleeve sewn onto the luff to accept the furler tube.  What do you call that "sleeve"?  I thought it was called luff tape.??  no?? And how is it sized?  Do I just tell them the diameter of the furler tubing?
