[Rhodes22-list] Outside winter storage

I inherited this system from Gary Sanford - cover the boat with a good
canvas tarp, using the mast (w/ additional support at the mast step) as a
ridge pole and hang 3-gallon jugs filled 1/2 full of water from the grommets
all the way around the edge - this maintains tension on the tarp, preventing
flapping, low spots, etc. It works fine down here in Virginia and Gary used
it for many seasons in Syracuse, NY, too
