it looks yahoo web email, so most likely yahoo adding some html or some cute characters feature, bottom line it looks out of spec
based on the encoding, I seeing it to.

Brad could it be that your "payment" does not add up, I get email everyday that tell you how to add inches to it :-) I think Rummy
has the same problem :-)
