[Rhodes22-list] Thanks for the help!

My first boat was a Com Pac 16.  It is a nice little boat and certainly
fits the description of being more of a "minimal" boat than the Rhodes.
It is easier to set up than a boat like the Rhodes 22.  If you trailer
sail that is a real advantage.  The mast is pretty
light and there is no need for roller furling.   I sold the Com Pac
because it really is too small for Lake Michigan sailing.
The shallow stub keel really hurts it's pointing ability and
I was a often frustrated by not being able to make much progress
to windward.  There are always tradeoffs.  I feel that the a 22'
boat is the largest that I would want to maintain.  A 16' boat
is that much easier.  You can always trade up.
