It ok guys, I know what it is,

The word of the day is "Content-Type: multipart/alternative;", what happening it the first email that is sent in these cases is sent
as both text and html(you see is by looking at the raw message in your sent box) the mine encode is  Content-Type:
multipart/alternative, the mailman code should take it thow away the html part and keep the text part, BUT IT IS NOT, it converting
the html to text(see the raw message in the in box) but keeps both sides side, you do not see both in the mailclient. The confusion
is also screwing up the attachment of the footer.

The problem is the code looks good, but it has a bug obviously, I need to debug it but I should build a test system so I do not
drive the list nut with 20+- test message to find it. waiting on some time, last night was some filtering rules. And the dog people
need some help with thier web site so time is getting tight for me, i.e 4am.
