All,
Grew on on the beaches of Los Angeles, and this is true. Folks take 15 and 20
foot outboard-powered boats over to Catalina on a regular basis, and all types
and classes of sailboats (many of which should never even be on the ocean).
Coast Guard spends a lot of time rescuing people and towing them home again.
