Slim,
It has been 78 or so each weekday but turned very cold the past
two weekends. I have had to turn on my heat this morning!
Quiet day at the marina yesterday here. I had on two jackets and
gloves yesterday morning! It warmed up a bit, but wind died.
My race partner John and I went to get him lawnmower tires.
For the past two years he has had to pump 'em up every time
he mows. Around here shopping is a long distance ride, but
forsythia, red buds and dogwoods are gracing the landscape
so it was not torturous. Bought me a (KY talk) new cordless
reversible Makita drill.
We returned to the marina for the single purpose of drinking a
beer on the boat. Then home to get things shipshape before the
racing season starts.
Seems to me I remember that at this time of year everyone in MN
gets ennui in a bad way. It just won't turn over to spring and keeps
slingin' demi-winter at ya. Hang in there, Fourth of July soon!
Always pretty warm then!
Anne
