Hi Jay,
Can't answer #1. On #2, my solar panel has a regulator so it isn't suppose
to over charge the battery. If your panel and alternator system also have a
regulators I don't think you should have any problem. On #3, I believe if a
engine is designed to use regular fuel, anything else is a waste of money.

But then what do I know!
