A swing stove is the best shipmate you can have!!!  Regardless of conditions
you can warm a can of soup or make coffee or hot chocolate FAST and if
needed eat/drink it out of the deep cooking pot.  The more recent models
boil and heat MUCH faster then alcohol.

If you figure on long passages, night sailing or just plain convenience
these stoves are a necessity!
