[Rhodes22-list] Waxing The Deck

Ah, 'tis spring and a young man's fancy turns to thoughts of ... waxing the boat?  OK, that's not exactly how it goes but I'm not a young man anymore either, so that's life.

Anyway, we all have heard Rummy's opinion of waxing the seats - DON'T DO IT!  What about the rest of the deck?  Last year I waxed it and it was almost too slippery to walk on.  However, if you don't wax it, how do you protect the fibreglass over time?
