[Rhodes22-list] stainless steel drilling

Michael,

    Some years ago I was building stainless steel elevator cabs in a Government laboratory.  I was burning up cobalt tipped drill bits by the handful.  One of the guys installing the partitions in the restrooms gave me a special stainless steel bit.  The tip looked like a drop of epoxy with diamond chips imbedded in it.
