[Rhodes22-list] Seat Drain Holes

Michael, the center board hole works as a drain for the seats as long as the
boat has zero static heel. Since I haven't added as many options as you
have I have not had the opportunity to perfectly balance Windswept side to
side and hence rain water builds up on one side (usually starboard). The
holes I've drilled have worked well.
