[Rhodes22-list] trailering

Peter,
As was discussed earlier, it all depends on where the boat sits on that
trailer. I don't think we've ever had too much tongue weight but I think
there was a time when we only had about 25 lbs. We were just moving it to
the back lot of the marina but we put a couple of cinder blocks on the
trailer frame until we launched it again.

I don't know for sure if ours is a Triad or what year it is but I think the
one time we measured the tongue weight when we had the boat where we wanted
it, it was 200 - 300 lbs. It was a long time ago and my memory could be
faulty although Fred and I came up with the same range searching our
memories independently. Truth is I don't know if it 250 or 300 but I am
sure it was not as high as 400 or 500.
