Thanks for the info, I call Mike about the locking up situation.  As far as 
sailing goes I've got a lot of work to do on the boat before it is ready, after 
all it was a "deal" and we know how much a "deal" really will cost us and how 
much time it will take.  Thanks for the thought, I hope to get in a few days 
in before the snows in the Cascades.
