Washington insiders are reporting that on December 17, 2003, President
Bush will announce a new NASA program to build a permanent station on
the moon.  A new rocket fuel is being developed to power the program.
This new rocket is to be fueled by a new fuel being developed at a
research center located at Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU).  The
project is code named "Buck Roger Project".  This new rocket fuel is
alleged to be organically derived from corn.(AP)
