[Rhodes22-list] moorings

The marina where we kept our Rhodes last summer has raised the rates by an incredible amount. Of course that means we are looking for other options. One option is to rent a mooring ball from a private party. Has anyone else had their Rhodes on a mooring rather than in a slip? Are there issues that I should be aware of?
