[Rhodes22-list] steaming lights

The old style furler was just like a shroud, and not a tube like the CDI.
Therefore the stay that the sail folded around could be bent and thus
attached to the bottom of the mast making it more like a single bundle and
flopped with much extra at the top. The new furler can't be bent , and the
extra length then can't be moved to the top of the mast and must be left
over the bottom.
