Gee Ed,
Shot out of the catapult at 120+ knots, hit the water, skip 5 times, & then
get run down by a super carrier doing 30+ knots. That might just ruin your
whole day!
Until terrorists become an endangered spiecies, I would think the US Navy
would favor a "no bag limit" policy vs "catch & release." But, that's the
US government for you.
