[Rhodes22-list] Transom thru hull drains

Brad,

I want to thank you for your detailed explanation of maintaining these
drains.  My seat drain is broken and I will need to do this same procedure
to my Rhodes this spring.  I had no idea what to do about it.  This seems so
clear.  Definitely needs to be added to the archives for future reference by
others.

What an incredible group this is!
