you are dealing with country/place that has 400 doallars a year income, I have family in afica and spent a little time thier, It is
a different value system, thier is no value to life(or your life), people do die for 3$ of medinace but they will spend a forute(to
them) on the fununial, the poorest USA person look to be the richest in thier own contry and all the class bagage to justify it(lack
of a better term, now you know what a rich man feels, being pitched deals all day long). The western goverments have a hard times
with thier citizens break thier law and then bailing them out(the pitch  starts with a fraud) and thier are playing to gread. if any
of this is real the swiss or other banker would take care of it(they love it, they get to keep the money when the person is not
heard from again).

As PT Barmam would say, "Thier is a sucker boarn every mintue",

To end spam I would install i would install http://popfile.sourceforge.net/
it part of the current drop of spam killers, after traing of 400+- email it should nail 98+ of the spam
