[Rhodes22-list] Wihisker Pole

Anyone have any idea what size and type whisker pole is best for the R-22?  
It would help to pole out the genoa while sailing downwind.  Was looking an 
adjustable (twist action) 6-12 feet.  Anyone have any experience with these?
