Perhaps I wasn't clear. I would favor giving Saddam's leash a good hard
jerk, right now, BEFORE he has had time to become better prepared! You're
right waiting could be very dangerous
I would also agree with Wally. If we're going to do it, then let's give him
a real HARD lesson, the first time. Don't be dikin' around. He's already
repeatedly shown us that he is a slow learner. I think the lessons need to
be more obvious.
