[Rhodes22-list] Dislodged mast base plate

No, it me running dense, I was assuming the plate would move. if you are not moving the plate then you have to watch out and maybe
contersink the holes on the plate, on raising and lowering the stick drags/rotates across and might hang up on a screew head.
