[Rhodes22-list] re gas tanks

Michael:
	Stan must have left them out of your boat.  My '84 has two
fiberglass things that had to have been made when the hull was made that
could fairly be described as tie downs, one port and one starboard.
They match all the rest of the fiberglass.
