[Rhodes22-list] Cabin hatch lock workaround

Saroj,

We used Collinite cleaner and wax this year - great stuff. So far, over two
months into it, the boat's staying pretty clean - we haven't done anything
except clean up the occasional bird poop - everything else seems to slide
right off.
