To use a bad paraphrase " I can setup software but I can not make people use it", The last time this came up their was allot of
debate, And I kind of dropped it, not worth the grief. I am happy to setup the software if that the groups wishes and load up it up
with the base categories and text(IIRC tom was ok with that), but I do not have the time to keep maintain all the sections, now the
software permitted many people to maintain it and it sound like a few would like to help out if they have the tools. OK if people
want this speeckup. if thier a problem I let it drop again, As simple as that.
