I did some minor repairs to my rudder today and, in preparing to apply a
coat of anti-fouling paint, I noticed that the instructions indicated that
the boat should be launhed no more than 60 days after being painted.  I was
curious as to why there is a maximum time to launch.  Is that because the
ablative properties are affected if the hull is not immersed within that
time period?
