Todd: Bill's idea is a great one. Our marina has a similar policy. Gets
interesting when the weather takes a turn for the worse. Initially our
marina would not tell anyone anything about anybody or boat. They would
however call an owner and pass on information and left itto the owner chose
to take an action.
