[Rhodes22-list] Todd about that eyesore in marina?

Ed,

I believe the marina Todd is talking about is in Virginia.  That boat has
been there for at least four years with its bow up in the air except for
short periods of time when someone like me comes along and pulls the trailer
down.  The marina is owned either by the Federal government or the Fairfax
County government and is just south of the National Airport runway.

Considering the management, is there any wonder why it sits and sits?
