Mark, 
My heart bleeds for you. Boat looked SO ready to go!
Pretty cool here last night also.
While the sun is out, (a big plus, for they predicted rain for 
the weekend) it is deceiving! I borrowed a powerwasher and 
did the back side of my house yesterday and the front today.
Front windows inside left to do.
Pretty cold out there early this morning! I've comforted myself 
that I am getting these chores out of the way prior to racing 
season!
