read the can, but assuming the old paint is in good shape(not peeling), wash. scrub, light sand put it on, BTW it can only go over
other epoxy paint, it will have very bad result if their an abortive on the boat. Also Tridaide builds up, in 10 years if you see
blisters on the bottom of the boat, do not panic, what happens is the faults in the paint job accumulate that lead to paint
blisters(i.e. water gets into the faults), a good sanding gets it out and thier not hull blisters.
