[Rhodes22-list] why does the mooring come so early

I have been wondering this one for a few hours now, "why does the mooring come so early", pondering it as I get the boat ready for
lunching(got to love tides), one answer I got "the sun is always raising on Murdock/Fox new and their right wing conspiracy, you
know it is Late in Australia". some how that did not seem sothing to the soul as I am freezing my ass off. Any better answers?
