Rummy,

Jiang Chiang.  They are made by the same company that
makes Nanchang CJ6 aircraft but then that's somewhat
like Mitsubishi in Japan, they make a bit of
everything.  Do a Google search and you'll find lots
of info and several companies that are importing them.
 You basically have to re-assemble them out of the
crate and license them as "home built" motorcycles. 
We had a deal working on some CJ6 aircraft but had our
legs cut out from underneath us by a Canadian dealer. 
Doing business in China is still a bit slippery in
that you have little legal recourse if things go
wrong.  You need your own eyes on the ground at the
shipping point when the money changes hands unless
you're WalMart and are buying by the billions.
