[Rhodes22-list] Coast Guard Captains License

Joseph,
I don't have a license, but if I remember correctly, it involves passing an
exam, and documenting X number of hours on board. I've never been clear on
what you have to do to oficially document your time. If I spend a day
single-handing, how on earth does that get validated?
I did see a sign about Captain's license courses at my local West Marine
yesterday. You might check with yours, or with the local CG Auxiliary.
