   I'm in Salem, NJ (Delaware River across from C&D canal) and our marina
   has strongly suggested that all boats that can be taken out should do
   so.  Last time they had a "major" storm their floating docks rose so
   high that they came off the pylons and all the boats/slips/docks were
   blown together.  They said it was quite a mess.  So I took my boat out
   on Sunday 9/14.  It is certainly easier to take it out and lower the
   mast in dry weather than in the rain or at the last minute with storm
   approaching.
