the people at AOL are real jerks, it is real as simple as that.

Just wasted 1 hour on the phone with AOL, even conferenced in ATT, they are in a pissing contest with each other here with me stuck
in the middle.
AOL did not know what the were talking about and what they did know was wrong. ATT was reading them the right answer and 1)they did
not believe ATT, would not give them a work around, level 2 support AOL did not have any brain power to understand what they are
saying/doing were imposable actions. (att rep was shaking his head after aol got off the phone)

Frankly I would recommend that people get off AOL, get broadband while you are at it.

 I have a work around in place, and I going to have att play on aol to get around this. need to solve this for commerisal resons
otherwise I would tell aol  to f*ck them selfs.
